What you'll do:
- Determine each customer’s vehicle needs by asking questions and active listening skills.
- Building new and existing customer relationships.
- Utilize the CRM to prospect and to maintain repeat and referral business.
- Stay informed of incoming inventory, features, accessories, and how they benefit customers.
- Report to Sales Managers regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Meet and exceed sales goals.
- Demonstrate high moral and ethical standards in all aspects. and a passion for customer service.
- 3 years sales experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, comprehension skills to interpret and apply product information.
- CRM experience (preferred)
- Ensure timely follow up and maintain strong relationships with previous and prospective customers in CRM.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated to achieve performance and sales goals.
- Ability to learn product specifications and applications needed to support sales efforts.
- Follow established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives.
- Willing to travel.
- Satisfactory driving record.
