What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Laborer/Landscaper position at Freedom Outdoor Solutions?
Looking for two steady employees for a fence, deck & landscape company. We will train. Must be able to dig & lift heavy objects. Must have transportation and be willing to learn, take direction and show up on time ready to work. Drug free environment. Must be willing to take a drug test. This is a full time position. Starting pay is 16$-18$ and project work pay with bonuses for finishing the job early.

Qualifications:
-Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts in inclement weather
-Ability to lift heavy items
-Must demonstrate the ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team setting
-Have your own vehicle
-Previous experience in construction is preferred but not required. We are willing to train.
Duties
- Assist in running materials
- Digging
- fence install
- Mowing
- Operate power tools safely and effectively for various tasks
- Site prep
- Clean Up
- loading/unloading and movement of construction material

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
