About the Role

As a Commercial Pest Management Technician, you’ll bring a higher level of expertise and attention to detail to serve our commercial clients. This advanced role involves managing complex accounts where precise pest control solutions and meticulous record-keeping are critical.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth inspections of commercial facilities to identify pest issues and underlying causes.
• Develop and execute customized Integrated Pest Management (IPM) strategies to address infestations, focusing on sanitation, exclusion, and sustainable solutions.
• Apply advanced pest control treatments using state-of-the-art technology, always prioritizing safety and compliance with regulations.
• Build strong relationships with commercial clients by educating them on pest prevention and explaining treatment plans clearly and professionally.
• Maintain detailed, accurate service records for regulatory compliance and client reporting.
• Navigate commercial environments confidently, adhering to safety protocols and using equipment such as ladders and specialized tools.

What We’re Looking For

This position is ideal for someone with previous pest control experience who is ready to advance their career in commercial pest management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a pest control technician, ideally with exposure to commercial accounts.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• State pesticide applicator’s license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, kneel, crouch, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Confidence working on ladders and meeting vision requirements (close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with commercial clients.
