The Community Life Services department is looking for an Activities Assistant to join the team in our Assisted Living Nursing Facility! As a member of the activities team, you get a front-row seat to the amazing life stories of the wisest people on earth. Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and implement on-property activities and events
• Attend off-property trips, special events and parties
• Preparation and distribution of monthly activities calendar and other communication materials
• Manage digital broadcast of events through in-house channel
• Coordinate transportation for off-campus events
  
  

Skills

• Experience working with seniors in recreation, music, fitness and/or social administration, preferred
• Great communication and people skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication is a must
• Flexible scheduling, will involve some evenings and/or weekends
