Westminster is recruiting for a hospitality focused Bartender/Cocktail Server to join our culinary team! This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community.

Previous Experience with bartending in a hotel, restaurant, club, or fine dining establishment preferred.

Westminster is recruiting for a hospitality focused Bartender/Cocktail Server to join our culinary team! This role provides full-scope, hands on serving functions within the community.
Here are some of the job responsibilities
- Takes orders, provides service and requested items both graciously and courteously. Answers pertinent questions about drink items.
- Clears all tableware from tables and bar after service.
- Stocks, restocks and rotates supplies.
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations (TABC certified)
- Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
- Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings
- Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol (3 drinks limit per resident)
- Accountability in maintaining inventory
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Wiping down the bar and bottles each night
- Batching juices, mixers and simple syrups
- Polishing glassware and storing properly
