- Provides assistance with personal care, bathing, and dressing in a live-in capacity
- Provides caring companionship and conversation
- Provides escort services, supervision and assistance to resident when shopping, running errands and going to medical appointments
- Encourages resident to be active and encourages independence
- Supervises and / or assists resident with household tasks that the resident cannot do independently.
- Assists in maintaining a safe environment.
- Keeps supervisor informed of client status.
- Follows all policies and procedures of the company.Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one-year experience working with seniors.
