Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to clients in buying and selling residential properties.
- Conduct market research to remain informed about property values, trends, and neighborhood dynamics.
- Effectively communicate with clients to understand their desires, needs, and objectives.
- Prepare and present comprehensive buyer consultations and marketing strategies for potential clients.
- Draft and negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, always striving for win-win outcomes.
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and updating client databases.
- Collaborate with various real estate professionals, such as mortgage brokers, appraisers, title representatives, and inspectors.
Requirements

- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both verbal and written forms.
- A valid real estate license is required for this position.
