Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Behavioral Health Technician at Freedom Recovery Centers in Richmond, VA. The Behavioral Health Technician will be responsible for conducting behavior analysis, implementing applied behavior analysis techniques, facilitating communication, providing behavioral interventions, and utilizing knowledge of psychology in assisting individuals on their recovery journey.
Qualifications
- Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Experience in Behavioral Intervention
- Background in Psychology
- Empathy and understanding of individuals struggling with addiction
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Relevant certification or licensure in behavior analysis or psychology is a plus
- 1-2 years of experience
- QMHP preferred but not required.
