What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part Time Case Manager position at Freedom Recovery?
We are a faith-based substance abuse treatment facility committed to helping individuals overcome addiction and find lasting recovery. We offer Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Outpatient (OP) services in a compassionate and supportive environment. Currently, we are seeking a licensed clinician with experience in group facilitation to join our dedicated team. Must hold one of the following: CDCA.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct individual assessments to determine the appropriate treatment plan for clients
- Facilitate group therapy sessions, focusing on relapse prevention, coping skills, and spiritual growth
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and progress
- Conduct ongoing evaluations of client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients
- Provide education and support to clients' families, helping them understand addiction and recovery processes
- Stay informed about current research, best practices, and evidence-based interventions in substance abuse treatment
Qualifications:
- Valid License to practice in the state of Ohio
- Experience in facilitating group therapy sessions in a substance abuse treatment setting
- Strong knowledge of addiction and recovery principles, including evidence-based treatment modalities
- Proficiency in conducting individual assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Compassionate and non-judgmental approach to working with individuals struggling with addiction
- Familiarity with faith-based approaches to recovery is preferred
- Understanding of ethical and legal standards related to substance abuse treatment and client confidentiality
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
