SALES MANAGER

JOB FUNCTION: Full-time

We are seeking a skilled Sales Manager to lead our New Bern, NC Branch. This position will be responsible for carrying the quality, standards, and reputation Freedom Roofing, Windows and Siding has built over the past twelve years. Freedom Roofing, Windows & Siding is a Veteran-owned and operated provide of residential and commercial solutions that started in Woodville, Ohio and is now expanding to the New Bern, North Carolina area! Specializing in roofing, windows, siding, and gutters, we have a commitment to delivering unparalleled workmanship, affordable prices, and exemplary customer service.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on sales experience in the roofing and/or construction industry.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytic tools.
  • In depth understanding of the roofing, windows and siding industry.
  • Excellent communication and result oriented mind set with a passion for achieving company growth.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills capable of building relationships with the team and customers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a professional manner in dealing with customers and employees.
  • Strong computer skills.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Manage and run sales leads and operations for the entire branch.
  • Manage the estimating process to ensure an accurate scope of work is created and an estimate is provided to the customer, which meets profit objectives.
  • Create and maintain client relationships, managing customer satisfaction, including the resolution of customer issues if and when there are any.
  • Provide results with the goal of consistent customer satisfaction and timely payments.
  • Handles subcontractors’ agreements and submitting of subcontractors’ payroll.
  • Perform quality control checks of all job sites at job completion.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational issues.

PAY RANGE:

$80,000 - $100,000 based on experience.
