Commercial Roofing Project Manager

JOB FUNCTION: Full-time

We are seeking for a skilled Commercial Roofing Foreman to join our team. The Commercial Foreman will oversee and coordinate the work of roofing crews on commercial projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive roofing knowledge and the ability to ensure that projects are completed to the highest standards, on time.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Minimum (4) years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least (2) years in supervisor role.
• Extensive knowledge of various roofing systems and materials.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and exposure to use of CRM platforms.
• Ability to articulate reports and memos of job updates.
• Skilled in reading blueprints, designs, and client instructions to develop construction plans for your team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills abilities and attention to detail.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends
• Ability to travel.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES:

• Supervise and manage roofing crews on commercial projects.
• Plan and coordinate daily work activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Draft detailed reports and memos of all job site related occurrences.
• Ensuring budget adherence.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each phase of the project.
• Communicate effectively with crew members.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the job site.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a safe work environment according to OSHA standards.

PAY RANGE:

$70,000 - $95,000 based on experience.
