AND WE ARE COMING TO THE COLUMBUS AREA and looking for a seasoned, data-driven Sales professional to join our team as a Branch Sales Manager.

The Branch Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in upholding the quality, standards, and reputation that Freedom Roofing, Windows & Siding has built over the past twelve years. This position offers the opportunity to lead a small, dedicated team within their main branch and this role has the potential for exponential growth as the business expands. Strong knowledge of the home exterior construction industry is highly preferred. 

 

REQUIRED SKILLS

  1. Sales Leadership & Motivation – Strong leadership skills to motivate and manage a team, fostering a high-performance sales environment and driving team success.
  2. Strong Closing Ability – Proven track record of closing deals consistently with a high success rate, effectively converting leads into customers.
  3. Data-Driven Decision Making – Ability to analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and use insights to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
  4. Training & Development – Expertise in training and coaching team members to improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationship skills.
  5. Communication & Negotiation Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate contracts and maintain customer relationships.
  6. Time Management & Organization – Exceptional organizational skills, able to manage multiple appointments, leads, and team responsibilities efficiently and effectively.

Strong knowledge of the home exterior construction industry is highly preferred. 

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Runs and Manages sales leads for various assigned potential customers for roofing, window, siding repairs, and well as full reroofing projects.
  • Business Outreach - Proactively generate new business by conducting outreach to local businesses and actively seeking new customer opportunities.

Manage Your Branch’s Sales Team

  • Manage and motivate your branch sales team to achieve individual and branch-wide sales goals.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve team members' sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to Estimators.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residential customers.
  • Conduct follow-up calls to dead leads and provide an additonal.
  • Identify new business opportunities and areas for market expansion.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting

  • Prepare standardized weekly Sale Reports for senior management.
  • Analyze your Branch’s sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Monitor sales metrics and KPIs within your team, tracking progress towards goals.

Collaboration with Other Departments

  • Work closely with the marketing teams to align sales goals are able to be met with multiple lead generation techniques.
  • Coordinate with IM and Operations teams to ensure that customer expectations are met in terms of product quality and installation timelines.
  • Assist HR in recruiting, hiring, and training new branch staff.

Inventory and Product Knowledge

  • Stay up-to-date on roofing, siding, and related product offerings to effectively educate customers.
  • Ensure that sales staff has access to accurate product information and pricing.

 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • Primarily outdoor work – exposed to all seasons of varying weather conditions.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
  • Frequent climbing of ladders and working at heights.

Pay: $90,000-$115,000 (Based on Experience)

Expected hours: 40 per week

Salary : $90,000 - $115,000
