Position Summary:
The Resource Manager is responsible for managing all activities involving staffing for the company. The Resource Manager is responsible for developing, monitoring and maintaining all processes and activities related to staffing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the strategic planning of staffing. Understand the various criteria required to move existing personnel between programs as well as add new personnel to programs.
- Plan, organize and control all activities of the Staffing department including creating job descriptions, reviewing resumes, identifying qualified applicants, scheduling interviews, resume template creation/population, finding appropriate job placements, managing subcontractor staffing, managing contract staffing, providing guidance to recruiting team, attending program meetings and reviews, etc.
- Work closely with, and provide direction to, Internal and External Recruiting Team(s). Participate in recruiting activities (industry and college job fairs, various recruiting events, reviewing applications, screening resumes, etc.) as needed.
- Work closely, communicate effectively with, and provide direction to all corporate functions that support the staffing process.
- Collaborate closely with Program Managers and external Staffing Points of Contact (POCs) to strategically oversee and execute all aspects of program staffing, ensuring alignment with workforce needs, organizational goals, and contractual requirements.
- Implement a proactive staffing strategy that aligns with market trends, emerging technologies, and customer demands to attract and retain top talent
- Lead proposal content development for the staffing section of management volumes to demonstrate Freedom's ability to staff, retain, and surge personnel as required
- Lead the contract transition planning for current employees as needs arise.
- Serve as the main point of contact for Staffing activities across company programs/contracts.
- Manage the company applicant tracking system. Guide training of new recruiting users.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company recruiting/marketing events.
- Perform recruiting/sourcing activities as schedule permits.
- Maintain understanding of Company's business goals and objectives
- Other tasks as determined by executive management.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred; seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Anticipated salary range: $85,000 - 120,000 commensurate with experience
