What You’ll Do:
Answer and dispatch calls efficiently
Coordinate tow truck drivers and manage schedules
Keep accurate records of jobs and locations
Communicate with customers and roadside assistance providers
Work under pressure and think on your feet
What We’re Looking For:
Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent multitasker who can handle high call volumes
Familiarity with Lakewood roads and surrounding areas
Strong communication skills (phone and written)
Basic computer and GPS knowledge
Prior preferred but not required
