About the Job
We are seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our skilled nursing clinical team. This is an opportunity to provide excellent care to older adults and start a rewarding career in senior living.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting, and exercising.
- Give treatments, perform tests, carry out procedures, and collect specimens as instructed.
- Report and record observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures, and specimens when indicated.
- Transfer, transport, and escort residents as needed.
- Answer signal lights promptly.
- Keep rooms clean and orderly, change bed linens, and make beds.
- Work collaboratively as a member of the team.
Requirements:
- Successful completion of a State-approved geriatric nursing assistant training program.
- Prior experience in Long Term Care (LTC) nursing aide role is preferred.
- Registration with State registry required.
- Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR).
- Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
- Respectful and compassionate attitude.
- Good time management skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ethics.
- Physical endurance.
- Able to generate a warm, friendly, and caring manner on first impression.
