ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Painter is responsible for the overall assigned painting/wallcovering, Maintaining the esthetics of high traffic common areas (painting and wallcovering). Restoring painted areas in vacated units to like-new conditions and performing drywall repairs as needed.

- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. - Three to five years of painting/wallcovering experience in a residential setting
- Working knowledge of commercial and residential painting/wallcovering.
- Proficiency in the English language enabling the employee to read, write, comprehend and communicate simple instructions, correspondence, memos, etc.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
