Freedom Village at Brandywine is recruiting for a hospitality focused Sales Counselor to join our team!
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Sales Counselor:
- Effectively responds to new inquiries in a timely manner
- Ensures that all prospect inquiries are managed and that timely follow through is maintained in accordance with designated time frames
- Uses Direct Sales Performance Indicators (DSPI’s) to set goals and diagnose areas of strength and needed improvement
- Generates adequate presentations by effective prospecting. This can include phone outs, referral generation, use of e-mail, home visits, etc
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- Experience in all Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid presentation skills (small and large group)
- Strong closing skills
