We are currently seeking an outstanding Scheduler / Caregiver to join our team.
Here are a few of the daily responsibilities:
- The Scheduler/Caregiver of Innovative Home Services coordinates service delivery and supports the IHS Manager/Lead Scheduler with coordination of home care scheduling in addition to providing caregiver support.
- Reviews available client information to determine private duty needs. Schedules appropriate personnel to fill the needs of the client request for private duty. May performs billing duties as directed by the IHS Director.
- Is available during operating hours to assist personnel as appropriate
- Provides companion services for seniors in the community. Companion services are non-skilled, non-nursing services that do not provide hands-on support, such as Housekeeping, Shopping and errands, Meal preparation, Laundry, ironing, Pet care such as dog walking, litterbox care, and pet supply shopping, Transportation and escorts to appointments and social events, ETC.
- Performs on-call duties after regular office hours as determined by the IHS Director.
Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- One year of experience in a private duty or related organization preferred.
- Has CPR certification or receives CPR certification after hire.
