Skilled Nursing Supervision Position:
We are seeking a registered nurse supervisor to oversee the nursing care and management of our residents on weekends.
Main Responsibilities:
- Direct the care of residents and supervise nursing personnel on his/her shift.
- Develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Interface with other disciplines to ensure continuity of care and services.
Requirements:
- A graduate degree in nursing from an accredited institution, with a current license in Pennsylvania.
- At least 1 year experience in geriatric nursing Long Term Care (LTC) is preferred.
- Previous supervisory experience is essential.
- A basic computer proficiency is required.
