At this time, we are hiring a full time Maintenance Technician! This position provides general community maintenance and related repairs throughout the property.
Responsibilities
Works on renovating apartments, responds to resident work order requests, electrical repairs (fixture, outlets, switches, circuits) and plumbing. HVAC experience a plus. Previous experience in general apartment and or healthcare maintenance preferred.
Schedule: Full time days
Salary: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour depending on experience.
