Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Claims Clerk role located in Chattanooga, TN at Freedom Warranty. This role is crucial in ensuring that all claims are processed efficiently and accurately, contributing to the overall satisfaction of our customers.
Responsibilities
- Review and process claims submitted by clients
- Verify the accuracy of information provided in claims
- Enter and update claim information in our database
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with administrative tasks related to claim processing
- Maintain organized records of all claims and related documents
- Provide support to the claims team as needed
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, Basic computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office, Good communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Salary : $35,000 - $45,000
