Position Overview:
As a Client Associate, you’ll be a key player in supporting both our client experience and marketing functions. In this role, you’ll assist the financial advisory team in delivering exceptional client experiences, while also helping to plan and execute marketing campaigns that enhance our brand. Compensation is commensurate with experience and based on being registered or non-registered associate. While being registered is not mandatory for this position, Freedom Wealth Partners believes in fostering an environment of professional development. Associates who decide to obtain a Series 7 and/or 66 Securities License will be financially rewarded for building on their skillset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the administrative point of contact for clients.
- Prepare for client meetings by creating agendas, retrieving documents from clients, and generating financial reports.
- Administering funds transfer requests utilizing ACH, Wires, check issuance and deposits.
- Assist with client onboarding, account setup, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, reviews, and follow-up calls, maintaining a professional and responsive client experience.
- Support advisors in preparing proposals, presentations, and materials for prospect meetings and new client consultations.
- Track client milestones and significant life events, assisting advisors in providing personalized, proactive service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Wealth Management experience preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in client service or administrative support role; experience in a small business environment is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and social media platforms; experience with email marketing and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe) is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, adapting to shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Working Conditions:
- This is a hybrid role, with the flexibility to work from home and in the office.
- Periodic after-hour events for client and prospective clients.
