Client Services Associate
Freedom Wealth Partners is looking to add a Client Services Associate to their team. This is an opportunity to join an established firm in its next chapter of growth! The Client Services Associate role will focus on working in-office to provide outstanding customer service to existing and projected clients, administrative and operational support, and work directly with existing leadership to continue to grow the company.

Essential duties :
Administrative Support
Schedule client meetings based on established team criteria and manage calendars efficiently.
Collect and upload required documents; update financial planning tools as needed before client meetings.
Handle administrative tasks such as opening new accounts, transferring assets, and executing move-money functions.
Office Management
Maintain the overall appearance of the office, ensuring a professional environment
Technology & Tools Management
Learn and effectively utilize Microsoft Office Suite to support office operations.
Acquire proficiency in Redtail CRM for client and task management.
Learn and operate within LPL ClientWorks to manage client accounts.
Manage online scheduling through OnceHub to coordinate appointments seamlessly.
Qualifications :
Willing and able to work in-office 5 days a week, Monday-Friday 8 : 30-5pm EST
Investment licensed professionals are strongly preferred (SIE, Series 6 or 7)
3-5 years of professional experience in a customer service role, preferably in the financial services industry (banking, investment, insurance, etc.).
Bachelor's degree preferred
Tech Savvy and Microsoft Office proficient; experience with CRM systems and financial software / tools a plus
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Compensation / Benefits :
Salary : $55,000-$75,000 base salary, commensurate with experience
Bonus Potential : quarterly based on individual performance and contribution to firm success
PTO Policy : all market holidays, 2 weeks, flexible sick and personal
Retirement : 401(k) with 4% match plus annual profit sharing (variable, but historically between 4-7% of total comp)
