Freedom Technology Solutions Group is seeking a talented and experienced System Integrator to join our team. As a System Integrator at Freedom, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining integrated systems that optimize the performance and functionality of our clients' IT environments. You will work closely with our clients, technical teams, and vendors to ensure seamless integration of hardware, software, and networking components.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and objectives, and design customized system integration solutions
- Possess a deep understanding of various technologies, platforms, and protocols to facilitate smooth integration across different systems
- Develop integration architecture, diagrams, and documentation to outline the proposed solutions and technical requirements
- Configure and deploy integrated systems, ensuring compatibility, reliability, and security
- Perform thorough testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance checks to identify and resolve any integration issues
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for integrated systems, including updates, patches, and performance monitoring
- Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system integrations, including configuration settings, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with Poly
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a System Integrator
- Strong knowledge of networking, operating systems, databases, and software applications
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, AWS) are a plus
