The company is experiencing explosive growth and looking for an experienced individual to join our Business Development team. This role will work directly with external technology and payments partners on the benefits of FreedomPay solutions, services, and products. They will present to partners on the benefits and ROI of all aspects of the value of FreedomPay to acquire new business and expand current business. Desired competencies include organization, attention to detail, analytical/strategic thinking, process orientation, initiative, and an inclination to understand the technical aspects of the company. The ideal individual should be a self-starter who can work under minimal supervision.
\n- Identify and recruit new partners to expand FreedomPay’s market reach.
- Build relationships with prospective and existing partners.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partner activities with business goals.
- Track performance and provide regular reports on partner sales and deal flow.
- Assist with solicitingnew sales opportunities and activities with Partners.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide training and support to partners to drive mutual success.
- 3 - 8 years of experience in software sales, specifically in the payments and FinTech world.
- Knowledge of ISV Partner Ecosystem and Payments desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, English is essential whilst other language skills are beneficial
- Proven experience in partner acquisition or business development with revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to take direction, work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market opportunities.
- Ability to accommodate multiple time zones up to 25%
- Ability to travel as needed
We have offices in Philadelphia, Las Vegas, and London, and employ individuals across 16 different states and 7 different countries. All roles are hybrid, meaning that employees may work remotely but should expect periodic travel to an office. Frequency will vary pending your role and responsibilities.
