Vice President, Global Partnerships

The Vice President, Global Partnerships will lead FreedomPay’s partner ecosystem, overseeing the strategy, growth, and success of our partner function and channel. This senior-level role will drive revenue growth by building and managing a robust portfolio of strategic partnerships, while ensuring alignment with FreedomPay’s overall business objectives. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, the VP will guide and mentor the Partner Success Team, setting the vision and direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global partnerships strategy to maximize revenue growth and expand FreedomPay’s market presence
  • Define and oversee the partner engagement framework, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry trends
  • Portfolio Management:
  • Manage the overall partner portfolio, prioritizing relationships that deliver high-value outcomes for FreedomPay
  • Drive the creation and execution of enablement programs, go-to-market strategies, and co-branded initiatives with partners
  • Revenue Growth:
  • Establish and track key performance metrics to evaluate partnership success, with a primary focus on revenue growth and ROI
  • Identify opportunities to optimize partner performance and expand FreedomPay’s influence across key verticals
  • Team Leadership and Development:
  • Lead and mentor a team of Enterprise Partner Success Managers, fostering a high-performance culture focused on growth and innovation
  • Provide strategic guidance to the team on partner research, enablement plans, and revenue-driven execution
  • Collaboration and Cross-Functionality:
  • Partner with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, to align partnership initiatives with broader company objectives
  • Represent FreedomPay at global conferences, industry events, and partner meetings to enhance the company’s brand and strengthen relationships (20-30% travel)


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 10 years of experience in senior-level roles within partnerships, business development, or channel management, ideally in payments, fintech, or SaaS
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and partner portfolio management
  • Deep understanding of the payments, fintech, and SaaS industries, including market dynamics and trends
  • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure, interpret, and act on key performance metrics
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence C-level executives and senior stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel globally up to 20-30%
