Duties
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a productive work environment.
- Oversee scheduling and calendar management for technicians and staff.
- Run daily reports.
- Follow-up on open sales/estimates.
- Document and close complex sales.
- Liaison between upper management and field staff.
Skills

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in office software applications, including Microsoft Office and scheduling tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic accounting understanding.
- Familiarity ServiceTitan CRM software a plus but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
