Job Summary: A Residential Aide is responsible for performing a comprehensive set of routine activities that support the recovery and safety of clients.
Work Environment: The Teen Project, Inc. operates the Freehab Crisis Residential Treatment Program, a state-licensed residential facility for up to 16 adults. The Crisis Residential Treatment Program is a 24-hour facility that provides round-the-clock treatment and care for its residents in a caring and compassionate environment. This is an emergency housing facility for residents being released from (but not limited to) acute, short-term hospital care. The program’s goal is to obtain permanent and stable residential placement within 30 days of admission.
The candidate should be a self-starter who is able to function comfortably in a team environment or independently and relates well to co-workers and Los Angeles County representatives. This position requires flexibility and the ability to manage time and multiple tasks with little supervision. The individual in this position must be able to assume a wide range of responsibilities, provide timely responses to requests and deadlines and work well under pressure, as well as provides crisis intervention and other direct services.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
