Qualifications:
- Must pass physical examination
- Must hold a valid NJ Drivers License
- Must be able to lift unassisted a minimum of 50 pounds
- Possess a general knowledge in all areas of maintenance or demonstrate expertise in a particular mechanical craft
- Must earn a Black Seal Boiler License within one (1) year of employment
Responsibilities
-Perform, under general supervision, general maintenance work requiring the use of hand tools and small power tools as directed by the Supervisor
Summary
As a Maintenance Worker, you will be essential in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will utilize your core skills in mechanical knowledge and facilities maintenance to perform routine inspections and repairs. Your premium skills in electrical experience and welding will enhance our maintenance capabilities. Additionally, your relevant experience in custodial tasks and customer service will contribute to a clean and welcoming environment. We expect you to be proactive and detail-oriented, playing a vital role in maintaining operational efficiency.

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
