- Set schedule with at least 2 early nights off and 1 late day in
- Up to 50% commission for experienced salesperson, salary plus commission for trainees.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and guide customers as they appear on the lot to proceed into the sales process.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles based on preference and budget.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the latest new car models, features, and technology.
- Work internet leads and inbound sales phone calls with as attention to detail.
- Utilize technology and social media effectively to market vehicles and communicate with prospective buyers.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets an d goals.
- Experience with and proper use of dealership CRM (ELead) to grow your customer base.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous sales experience preferred, but will train the right candidate.
- Career minded and desire to grow your customer base.
- Outgoing with a friendly personality, good at handling objections and connecting with customers.
- Possess strong communication and negotiation skills on the phone, in person and when using social media.
- Provide post-sale customer service, addressing any concerns or issues after the vehicle purchase.
- Persistent and competitive with a good work ethic.
- Computer literate with basic math skills.
- Maintain a professional appearance.
- Clean driving record required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
SUPPLEMENTAL PAY:
- Bonus pay
