Job Summary 

950 Management is seeking a skilled and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our tenants. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet company standards. 
  • Handle tenant relations, including addressing complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction. 
  • Oversee leasing activities, including marketing vacant units, conducting property tours, and processing lease applications. 
  • Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repair work. 
  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts. 
  • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. 
  • Utilize property management software for tasks such as rent collection, lease management, and maintenance tracking. 
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income. 

 

Qualifications & Skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Proficiency in AppFolio property management software or similar and utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal property regulations. 
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. 
  • Certified Property Management Certification preferred.  

 

Work Environment 

  • On-Site Reporting  
  • Expected to be at one or more properties throughout the week or as the business dictates.
