Job Summary
950 Management is seeking a skilled and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet company standards.
- Handle tenant relations, including addressing complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of tenant satisfaction.
- Oversee leasing activities, including marketing vacant units, conducting property tours, and processing lease applications.
- Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repair work.
- Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Utilize property management software for tasks such as rent collection, lease management, and maintenance tracking.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property management.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in AppFolio property management software or similar and utilizing the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of local, state, and federal property regulations.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Certified Property Management Certification preferred.
Work Environment
- On-Site Reporting
- Expected to be at one or more properties throughout the week or as the business dictates.
