Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal with several years of experience to join our legal team.
- Manage BI claims, property damage claims, and PIP claims.
- Communicate effectively with adjusters, witnesses, and other parties involved in cases..
- Coordinate schedules for depositions, hearings, and meetings to ensure timely progress of cases.
- Summarize medical records and prepare demand for settlement.
- Ensure PIP and MEDPAY is processed correctly and exhausted.
- Request all case-related documents, records, and bills.
- Monitor case progress and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks.
