Responsibilities
The Sales Support Specialist aids Freely’s sales team by performing administrative tasks that help expand the company’s reach into the F&B wholesale market. This includes researching potential distributor clients online, compiling contact lists, and entering lead information into a CRM tool. The associate will schedule introductory calls or demos between sales reps and prospects, ensuring calendars are aligned and reminders are sent. They will also draft and send follow-up emails to leads after initial outreach, attaching promotional materials about Freely’s cost-saving benefits. Keeping sales records updated and preparing basic reports on outreach efforts are additional duties that help the team track progress toward tapping into the $500B market opportunity.
Qualifications
1. High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in business administration a bonus
