Freeman is looking for a skilled Gel Coater to join our team! The enumeration of essential functions in this job description neither states nor implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee. Performance of other nonessential duties may be requested by the supervisor.
Job Responsibilities
- Applies gel coat all parts of a boat utilizing engineering specifications.
- Patches parts after gel coating, while controlling the amount of material used.
- Maintains quality control in area.
- Operates a forklift.
- May be responsible for maintaining and testing gel coating equipment.
- Ability to use small hand tools, both electrical and air powered.
- Ability to lift objects weighing up to 45 pounds.
- This position requires repetitive bending, stooping, kneeling, and shoulder/upper arm movements.
- Other duties as assigned.

- One year of prior gel coating work experience required
