Description
Freeman Boatworks, the industry leader in double hulled offshore fishing catamarans, is seeking a Welder to join our growing team. We're looking for an experienced, hardworking individual to bring their welding/fabricating talents to our world class boat manufacturing family.
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience with gas tungsten arc welding (GTAW)/TIG welding (TIG)
- Experience working with anodized aluminum pipe preferred
- Prior marine welding/fabrication experience strongly preferred
- Must have prior experience operating a bender, band saw and sander, among other hand tools, power tools, etc.
- Exceptional attention to detail is a must
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and work in a non-climate controlled environment
