Job Description : The Business Development Representative is responsible for outreach, community development, and strategic growth of business partnerships. The goal of business development is to connect those in need of services to Freeman Recovery Center and to allow the company to continue to grow in reach, partnerships, and community engagement.
Primary Responsibilities :
Efficient territory planning and management
Prospecting new clients through a variety of methods including cold call in person visits to physician offices, hospitals, other treatment centers, etc., networking with alumni, and participating in trade shows and other networking opportunities within our industry.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all our levels of care and treatment offerings
Assist admissions, clinical, and nursing teams with patient onboarding and be available to assist with patient retention, as-needed
Develop and present to supervisor a business development plan (quarterly) that takes into account territory specific factors and company initiatives that will produce new business growth.
Keep updated records in CRM and other data tracking systems to ensure current progress is tracked
Operate in accordance with our corporate compliance training. Maintain a strict adherence to legal and compliance guidelines.
Utilize the company’s CRM as required. Including logging daily sales activity and maintaining an up to date pipeline.
Grow the company's referral network, including all levels of care for behavioral health and ancillary health services, both in state and out of state. Assist clinical and admissions teams in finding appropriate referrals and placements for clients, as-needed.
Assist with the company's online presence, including contributing to the website, social media, and other online platforms.
Meet quota expectations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Education and Experience, degree and / or certification required (if applicable) :
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience and knowledge of substance abuse and local / regional market
Experience with treatment facilities and / or addiction and mental health population preferred
Sales and / or marketing experience
Highly competitive, dynamic and motivated to succeed
