Reports to: Housekeeping Supervisor
Job Purpose: The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitized, and welcoming environment for our clients by cleaning and sanitizing client rooms and common areas.
Primary Responsibilities:
Deep clean client rooms on a rotating schedule, including dusting, wiping walls and baseboards, cleaning restrooms, and mopping floors.
Detail clean common areas, including dusting, disinfecting water fountains, cleaning laundry rooms, washing trash cans, refilling dispensers, and maintaining the dining room and nurse station.
Keep the Housekeeping Supervisor informed of inventory needs, including supplies and equipment.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in housekeeping is a plus.
- Proven experience in a housekeeping role.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to focus, and strong attention to detail.
