The Caf Manager is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and menu items as well as communicating effectively with customers, pilots, and team members within the cafe department.
Requirements
Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for the entire Caf operations
- Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Complete knowledge of menu items and daily specials
- Process food sales using the cash register and POS machine
- Cafe opening and closing duties of food preparation and cleaning
- Maintain a clean dining area and drink bar throughout the day
- Cook and prepare menu and daily special items
- Abide by all standards established by the American National Standards Institute-Conference for Food Protection
- Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns
- Monitor food supplies and order replacement items as needed
- Develop and maintain the menu
- Order all food and other products from the food service provider
- Supervise other employees in the Caf
- Review food costs, and recommend pricing to the General Manager
