An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the busy dynamic photographic division of the Newcastle upon Tyne Hospitals Trust. The Medical Photography Department, based in the Royal Victoria Infirmary, provides a wide range of photographic services for the Trust and Outreach Clinics, including evening and weekend working.
We are seeking two friendly, enthusiastic, conscientious and motivated individuals who can demonstrate the ability to work independently as well as within a multi-disciplinary team. You must have excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills, along with a comprehension of photographic principles and a clear working knowledge of Photoshop.
You will be based either within Ophthalmic or Clinical Photography, providing a range of imaging services including retinal photography, anterior segment photography, facial photography, and optical coherence tomography (OCT). A HND in photography or equivalent is essential, along with a varied portfolio of photography work evidencing the use of Adobe Photoshop.

- Provide a professional service maintaining the safety and well-being of patients.
- Deliver high-quality images for clinicians to help diagnose conditions.
- Exhibit good communication skills, work autonomously and as part of a team, and maintain a flexible approach to working.
