The Royal Victoria Infirmary Catering Department have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Hospitality Restaurant Supervisor working 37.5 hours, Monday to Friday.

Main duties of the job
- Day to Day running of 24 hour Bistro and other Retail & hospitality Catering outlets and occasional cover in Patient Services.
- Cooking and reheating of food.
- Ordering and controlling of stock.
- Supervision of staff in both Bistros.
- Food Safety management system
- Allocate/Rosters/staff annual leave
- Training of staff.
- Keeping records up to date
- Dealing with complaints
- Cash handling
- Increase Footfall and sales

Detailed Job Description And Main Responsibilities
- A hands-on supervisory role with responsibilities for the service of food, functions and vending operations.
- Responsible for the delivery, collation and associated record keeping of patients snacks and i-wave food and staff restaurant
- Maintenance of food hygiene and safety standards, quality control and man management.
- Responsible for food production for buffets, Staff Restaurants and foods serviced within the retail environment inclusive of patients food service
- To support supervisory cover within patient foodservice as & when required
- Produce reports for management upon service operations as required
