Freeman Leonard is seeking a Marketing Account Manager for an agency client.

This is an ONSITE role in Clearwater, FL.

MUST have dental industry knowledge OR paid digital experience


The Marketing Account Manager plays a key role in managing the internal development process across our creative teams, as well as keeping client contacts fully in the know as to where their projects stand. Typical projects include integrated marketing campaigns, enterprise partner projects, video and animated story-telling projects, traditional, digital, and social campaigns, live and online events and more.


This role will serve as the primary point of contact for its assigned clients, as the point of intake for new requests, and playing a key role in gathering feedback and gathering assets to facilitate proactive planning in meeting the needs of the business.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties may be assigned.

  • Serves as a liaison between internal clients and stakeholders to identify their needs and to ensure satisfaction, while also ensuring alignment with corporate initiatives, business objectives and brand strategy
  • Has an overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, internal staffing and outside vendors, and contractual deliverables for projects assigned
  • Works with fellow team members, vendors and assigned clients to ensure deliverables are fulfilled; provides input/ guidance to advocate for the client in alignment with overarching goals
  • Maintains accurate reporting to track status of marketing efforts, calendars of planned events and activities, and regularly communicates updates to key stakeholders
  • Supports event planning requirements, presentations and logistical coordination
  • Provides proposed solutions to challenges and ways to continue to elevate our brand image, events, and quality of work
  • Prepares proposals and presentations using marketing resource materials, such as brochures, data, slides, photographs, and reports


DUTIES AND TASKS

  • Develop strong relationships with clients and customers.
  • Handling in phone scheduled appointments from existing clients who have purchased from us.
  • Responding to SEO-specific queries of existing clients.
  • Preparing proposals for clients.
  • Communicating regularly with the CEO to provide feedback to better improve our product offerings.
  • Answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers.
  • Liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience.
  • Institute and follow process and procedures.
  • Support team by maintaining a committed and positive attitude.
  • Have a process-driven mindset and be comfortable with working with reports and data to better assess the customer service function of the organization.
  • Generate and report on data, sales numbers, and key metrics.


MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE

  • Politeness in the answering of the telephone and the dealing with customers and vendors.
  • Perform all data entry with a minimum of 99% accuracy.
  • Customer satisfaction is 95% or above.
  • Knows job procedures and is skillful in the performance of assigned job duties.
  • A harmonious relationship is maintained with all company personnel to the overall benefit of the company marketing efforts and its ultimate success.
  • All external communications is prepared and submitted in concert with established company Policies and Procedures.
  • Adheres to all Company Policies and Procedures.
  • Maintains a positive attitude toward the company, customers and co-workers.
  • A professional stature in dress, speech and interpersonal relationships is maintained at all times.
  • Tardiness and absenteeism is less than 2%.


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals and technical procedures. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients and customers.


MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.


REASONING ABILITY

Ability to define and solve practical problems, collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in written, oral, mathematical, diagram or schedule form and deal with a variety of abstract and concrete variable
