We are searching for a Real Estate Project Manager to join our team to oversee all aspects of construction and project planning for all national locations. The position requires commercial real estate knowledge and experience in managing class A commercial office real estate construction efforts. Tasks / Responsibilities :
Monitor and manage third party vendors related to the design, planning, and construction efforts for class A commercial office spaceBudget, plan and procure office fixtures, furniture and equipment (FF&E)Mitigate project delays and budget overages by providing proactive implementation of construction, FF&E, branding, and move-management program logisticsEvaluate and recommend appropriate changes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost savingsRead, review and interpret lease agreements, construction contracts, and vendor agreementsRead, review and interpret construction drawings, discuss with external vendors and direct as neededCoordinate multiple office projects at once, prioritizing the critical path of each projectMaintain a working project schedule for all projects and communicate project schedules, objectives, and outcomes to internal and external teams for coordinated workflowsAble to effectively communicate and interact with property managers, contractors, architects, external project managers and other related vendorsDelegate duties to the appropriate internal and external vendor resources as necessary to achieve project milestonesTravel to site locations to ensure projects meet delivery deadlines, budgets, and objectivesExecute special assignments, projects and other tasks as identified or assignedEducation, Experience, and Skills :
High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.A minimum of 5 years’ experience managing corporate office space real estate construction projects in Class A buildings requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project. Advanced Excel skills preferredOperate with a high level of precision and strong attention to detailAbility to multi-task, prioritize and work under tight deadlines.Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.Adaptable to changing priorities and work demandsPro-active, follows through with minimum direction, and displays initiative to work independently and with a teamAct as remote on-call and point of contact for afterhours project supervisionAbility to travel up to 30% of the time by flight within the U.S.EEO Statement :
