Requirements
Responsibilities Include:
- Leveraging Click Up project management tool, oversee and manage production schedules and ensure key deadlines are met by both the marketing team and other stakeholders. This includes, but is not limited to, the production of advertisements, catalogues, printed collateral, and other projects requiring design work.
- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders, create communications to support marketing events in Hub Spot.
- Act as the administrative support to the marketing department and assist with monthly reporting, media campaigns reporting, and other needs
- Coordinating with Communications Director, ensure all auctions announcements are pitched to appropriate publications using our PR platform and follow up.
- Collaborate with other Freeman’s | Hindman departments to execute annual goals and ensure seamless client services.
- Work closely with the Director of Marketing and all other members of the marketing team to help achieve marketing goals.
