Schedule: Full-Time (40hrs/week)
What You'll Do
Collaborates with the Director, Physicians, and Staff to develop the department's mission, vision, values, goals, and services. Assists in developing capital and operational budgets, policies, and procedures. Additionally, assists the Director in preparing and implementing a realistic departmental budget within the scope of the overall health system strategic plan and budget. Plans and directs the purchase and installation of new equipment, maintains accreditation, and implements radiology safety standards to ensure compliance with appropriate federal and state regulatory agencies. Establishes and implements mechanisms to monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality, safety, and customer service of the department. Furthermore, establishes and implements mechanisms to ensure effective orientation, training, and competency of departmental staff. Maintains good interdepartmental relations and communication with hospital staff and physicians.

Requirements
AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers within 90 days.
