Summary
The Carpenter is responsible for fabricating, laminating, and finishing large scale projects.
This position will support our Operations team. The position follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office based out of Las Vegas, NV.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Fabricate large-scale exhibit environments, executive briefing centers, showrooms, corporate lobbies, and store fixtures.
Manage workload on multiple projects seamlessly.
Utilize creative problem solving to find the best approach to the fabrication of each project.
Maintain accountability for manufacturing the final exhibit outcome.
Successfully complete projects within the allotted hours assigned to the job.
Interact with the design-detailing department.
Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
5 years manufacturing experience in the wood working or cabinet making industry.
Knowledge of high-end wood fabrications as related to furniture, cabinetry, and fixtures fabrication.
Strong knowledge of woodworking materials.
Possess strong organizational and communication skills.
Consistent attention to detail, and a dedication to excellence.
Ability to work in a cold / warm warehouse environment around moving equipment.
Ability to stand on feet for 6-8 hours per day.
Ability to reach about and below shoulder, push and / or pull, kneel, squat, bend / twist, and climb ladders.
