Schedule: Full Time 7:30 AM-4:00 PM (40 hrs/week)
What You'll Do
Supports the core functions of Professional Development Department by developing and maintaining a working knowledge of Freeman Health Workday Learning Management System, as well as the information and business needs of the office. Assists prospective and current students inquiring about PDD classes and transcript related issues. Provides direct services to FHS employees and community members who wish to register for courses or programs. Assists instructors with their curricular needs regarding ordering of required textbooks or equipment and reserving audio/visual equipment. Works with departments across the health system to schedule job shadows as needed.
Preferred Requirements
- An Associate's degree, preferably in Business, Management, or Computer Information Systems.
- Business office experience
- Customer service experience.
- Experience with Workday, preferably Workday Learning
