Management Information Systems (MIS)

The MIS function is responsible for the digital transformation of Freemen Nutra with the goal of driving value and growth to the organization. We are the key enablers to drive the business led initiatives to achieve efficiency and drive productivity.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT/IS Manager to lead our technological initiatives and drive our IT/IS projects to success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, ERP systems, Vendor Management & data and analytics. You will be part of the MIS department, ensuring that all technology resources align with our business objectives and contribute to operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

• Plan, execute, and oversee IT Programs/projects from conception to completion.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Monitor project progress, adjust plans as necessary, and report to Global Head of MIS.

ERP Management:

• Lead the maintenance of ERP systems to streamline operations.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure ERP functionalities meet business needs.
• Provide training and support to staff on ERP usage and best practices.

Data and Analytics:

• Develop and implement data analytics strategies to support decision-making processes.
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Vendor Relationship Management:

• Develop and maintain strong relationship with IT vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Monitor vendor performance and compliance with contractual agreements, service level agreements (SLAs), and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct regular vendor assessments and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business goals.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.

Technology Strategy:

• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
• Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related fields; Master's preferred.
• Proven experience in IT management, project management, and ERP systems. (SAGE X3 preferred)
• Strong knowledge of data analytics tools and methodologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP)/ SAFe certification is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in business intelligence and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of accounting and financial reporting standards.
