solutions that generate measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
Practice Leadership : Define and execute the strategic vision for the Data Science,
AI, and Data Engineering consulting practice, establishing goals for revenue growth,
client satisfaction, and team development.
Client Engagement : Serve as a primary point of contact for senior-level clients,
providing strategic advisory on data-driven transformation, AI adoption, and data
engineering solutions to meet specific business challenges.
Solution Design & Delivery : Lead the design, development, and deployment of
scalable, AI-powered solutions and advanced analytics models, ensuring alignment
with client objectives and industry best practices.
Team Leadership : Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of high-performing data
scientists, AI / ML engineers, and data engineers. Promote a culture of innovation,
collaboration, and continuous learning.
Thought Leadership : Stay abreast of industry trends in AI, machine learning, and
data engineering to drive innovation within the practice. Represent the organization
in conferences, webinars, and publications to strengthen brand presence.
Operational Efficiency : Develop processes, methodologies, and best practices that
enhance project delivery, operational efficiency, and the overall quality of the
consulting practice.
Revenue Growth : Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify
opportunities, develop proposals, and contribute to business development efforts
that support practice growth and profitability.
Compliance & Data Governance : Ensure all solutions adhere to data privacy laws,
compliance regulations, and data governance best practices, maintaining the highest
standards of data integrity and security.
