Boutique law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Associate to join their growing corporate and finance practice. The Mid-Level Associate will work a variety of corporate and finance transactions including mergers, acquisitions, VC, and general corporate matters.

Posses a solid foundation in transactional practice. Want to work on a wide variety of corporate and finance transactions including mergers, acquisitions, VC, general corporate matters, secured and unsecured debt financings on behalf of bank and non-bank lenders. Want to work in a collaborative environment to learn as well as teach others.
Requirements
- A JD and admitted to Connecticut and/or New York Bar
- 3 years’ experience supporting and closing corporate and debt transactions
- Strong interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication
- Attentive to detail and strong organizational abilities
Salary : $120,000 - $190,000
