Customer Service:
- Welcome every customer with a timely greeting
- Offer friendly and courteous customer assistance directing customers to products during their visit
- Thank the customer for their visit each time
- Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence, offering suggestions when applicable
- Read customer cues and engage in conversation
- Personally, establish strong rapport with customers and vendors and demonstrate customers are always a priority
- Uniform is clean and personal hygiene is demonstrated

- Show urgency when attending pumps and answering phone

Store managers can use their phones for business purposes during work hours or approved situations.

Hot Food Service Sales:
- Prepare products in Deli/Hot Stuff for customers to purchase
- Follows preparation charts and review all training materials provided
- Practice safety guidelines
- Practice all cleanliness and sanitation requirements-as required by FDA
- Prep tables properly stocked, labeled, dated according to standards
- Attention to detail in food presentation enticing the customer to buy
- Hair pulled back and fully enclosed shoe
Store Presentation:
- Keeps store shoppable and appealing to our customers
- Keeps store and storage rooms organized with efficiency
- Maintaining a clean store following all checklist provided including dusting, mopping, sweeping etc.
- Stock shelves to maintain a full display facing product forward checking for expiration dates
- Stock coolers according to standards
- Keep all property free of garbage, litter and well presented
- Maintaining beverage station
- Stock and maintain coffee station
Operations:
- Process payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash and credit transactions.
- Process end of day register balancing
- Lottery transactions
- License transactions-DNR
- Bulk fuel account transactions
Communication:
- Practice 2- way communication with store manager
- Communicate with store manager as first resource when dealing with issues or concerns
